影像所见

  • 以四叠体区为中心的大的异质性肿块，大小6 x 2.8 x 6 cm
  • 对中脑广泛的相应占位效应，伴中脑导水管闭塞及相关严重梗阻性脑积水伴脑实质变薄
  • 双侧脑室和第四脑室少量分层出血，第三脑室内圆形血凝块
  • 少量散在蛛网膜下腔出血
  • 左桥小脑角池及沿左侧脑室额角室管膜缘尾状核丘脑沟另见不相连的肿块
  • 上述肿块显示弥散受限区域（尤其是两个较小的病变），但无明确强化
