示例报告
垂体柄及双侧下丘脑异常强化及增粗，鉴别诊断包括淋巴细胞性垂体炎、淋巴瘤或生殖细胞瘤等肿瘤、或结节病或Langerhans细胞组织细胞增生症等肉芽肿性病变。
未见急性梗死、出血、占位效应或脑积水证据。
垂体外观正常。
