移位型枕骨髁撕脱骨折
示例报告
轻度移位左侧枕骨髁撕脱骨折。无移位左侧C3钩突骨折。轻微移位C4-C6棘突骨折。左侧C7横突骨折延伸至上关节突。C7椎体上终板轻度不规则，无骨质后移。
无创伤性对位不良。
部分显示的颅底骨折累及双侧蝶窦外侧壁并涉及左侧颈动脉管。左侧蝶窦积血。这些发现可通过专门的头部CT进一步评估。
讨论
- 枕骨髁骨折常被遗漏，部分原因是它们通常为无移位或轻微移位。确保在三个平面上仔细观察髁部（可在检查颅颈交界区对位的同时进行）
- 请记住翼状韧带附着于枕骨髁。移位型撕脱骨折被认为是不稳定损伤，提示潜在韧带损伤，虽然不需要了解手术分型方案，但请务必提及这些骨折是否有移位
