  • Generalized cerebral volume loss, predominantly involving the bilateral frontal and parietal lobes
  • Patchy T2/FLAIR hyperintensities in the subcortical and periventricular white matter, which although nonspecific likely relate to chronic small vessel disease

Diagnosis

Dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB)

No acute intracranial abnormality.
