- Midbrain atrophy disproportionate to the overall degree of cerebral and cerebellar volume
- Midbrain to pons area ratio measures 0.12
- Patchy T2/FLAIR signal hyperintensity in the subcortical and periventricular white matter, which although nonspecific likely relates to chronic small vessel disease
- Mild mucosal thickening of the paranasal sinus with a small mucous retention cyst in the left maxillary sinus
