所見

CT

  • 右内側側頭葉の低吸収腫瘤、テント切痕を通じて下方に突出
  • 対応する石灰化なし

MRI

  • 右内側側頭葉を中心とする分葉状のT1低信号、T2高信号腫瘤（海馬および海馬傍回を侵す）、4.5 x 4.3 x 3 cm
  • 腫瘤はテント切痕を通じて下方に突出し、小脳上面に接触
  • FLAIRでの不完全な内部信号抑制
  • 対応する拡散制限または造影効果なし
  • 周囲の実質浮腫なし
  • 水頭症の所見を伴わない局所的圧排効果
  • 1.4 cmの松果体嚢胞
