CT

MRI

  • 左小脳半球下部を中心とするT1低信号、T2軽度高信号腫瘤、びまん性造影効果と軽度のびまん性拡散制限を伴う
  • 腫瘤辺縁に沿った三日月状の嚢胞性成分
  • 軽度の隣接実質浮腫
  • 第四脳室レベルでの閉塞性水頭症と軽度の上行性テント切痕ヘルニアを伴う圧排効果
