所見

診断

Maisonneuve骨折

サンプルレポート

急性の最小転位後果骨折。

内側クリアスペースの拡大は三角靭帯損傷を疑う。

関連する近位骨折の評価のため脛骨/腓骨X線写真を推奨する。

足関節周囲の軟部組織腫脹。

考察

  • 橈骨と尺骨と同様に、脛骨と腓骨をリング構造として考えること。一箇所に損傷（骨折または関節亜脱臼）を認めた場合、リングの残りの部分を追加損傷がないか検査すること。足関節果間関節の内側クリアスペースの拡大のみを認めた場合、近位腓骨（Maisonneuve）骨折を確認するため脛骨/腓骨X線写真を撮影すること
