  • Normal size and appearance of the kidneys without hydronephrosis
  • Hyperechoic material in the medullary pyramids, compatible with residual Tamm-Horsfall protein
  • Urinary bladder is partially decompressed without wall thickening

Diagnosis

  • Normal renal ultrasound
  • Tamm-Horsfall protein deposition

Sample Report
