- Normal size and appearance of the kidneys without hydronephrosis
- Hyperechoic material in the medullary pyramids, compatible with residual Tamm-Horsfall protein
- Urinary bladder is partially decompressed without wall thickening
Diagnosis
- Normal renal ultrasound
- Tamm-Horsfall protein deposition
