- Multifocal areas of parenchymal hyperechogenicity and decreased corticomedullary differentiation involving the right kidney with mild right hydronephrosis
- No perinephric collection or renal calculi
- Normal appearance of the left kidney and urinary bladder
Diagnosis
Pyelonephritis
