- Irregular, fragmented appearance of the right ischial tuberosity
- Residual enteric contrast material in the rectum
Diagnosis
Apophysitis
Sample Report
Irregular, fragmented appearance of the right ischial tuberosity may relate to apophysitis at the site of hamstrings attachment, though in the setting of fever, osteomyelitis is not excluded. Consider MRI with and without contrast for further evaluation.
