- Large multilobulated cortically-based lesion arising from the mid femoral diaphysis with the largest component measuring 8.5 x 5 cm
- Associated osteoid matrix
- Mass effect from the lesion results in distortion of the musculature in the anterior compartment of the thigh
- No acute fracture or malalignment

Large multilobulated cortically-based lesion arising from the mid femoral diaphysis with the largest component measuring 8.5 x 5 cm and associated osteoid matrix. Imaging appearance is most suggestive of a parosteal osteosarcoma.
Mass effect from the lesion results in distortion of the musculature in the anterior compartment of the thigh.
No acute fracture or malalignment.
