- Healing bucket-handle fractures of the bilateral distal femoral metaphyses
- Healing bucket-handle fractures of the bilateral proximal and distal tibial metaphyses
- Healing fractures of both proximal fibular metaphyses
Diagnosis
Metaphyseal fractures related to nonaccidental trauma
Sample Report
Healing bucket-handle fractures of the bilateral distal femoral metaphyses, bilateral proximal and distal tibial metaphyses, and bilateral proximal fibular metaphyses. This pattern of injury is highly specific for nonaccidental trauma.
No joint malalignment.
