- Query nondisplaced transverse fracture line through the distal humeral metaphysis

Radial neck fracture

Angulation of the radial neck along the volar and radial margins concerning for acute nondisplaced fracture.
Query nondisplaced transverse fracture line through the distal humeral metaphysis, which could represent a supracondylar humeral fracture. Consider followup radiographs in 7-10 days to assess for healing changes.
Elbow joint effusion.
No joint malalignment.
