- Avulsion fracture of the medial epicondyle with the fracture fragment overlying the elbow joint on the lateral view
- Nondisplaced olecranon fracture with adjacent periosteal reaction
- Elbow joint effusion
- Soft tissue swelling overlying the olecranon

Medial epicondyle avulsion fracture & olecranon fracture
