- Acute vertically-oriented fracture of the distal tibial epiphysis with continuation through the lateral aspect of the physis, which is mildly widened. Mild anterior displacement and inferior rotation of the epiphyseal fracture fragment
- Lateral ankle soft tissue swelling
Diagnosis
Tillaux fracture

Acute Tillaux fracture (Salter III) of the distal tibial epiphysis with mild lateral physeal widening as well as mild anterior displacement and rotation of the epiphyseal fracture fragment.
No joint malalignment.
