- Lucency extending through the base of the fifth metatarsal with sclerotic margins

Cuboid fracture

Acute nondisplaced fracture of the inferolateral cuboid.
Lucency extending through the base of the fifth metatarsal with sclerotic margins, favored to represent normal apophysis. However, recommend correlation with dedicated foot radiographs.
No joint malalignment.
