- Acute minimally displaced fracture of the second metatarsal head
- Soft tissue swelling about the forefoot
Diagnosis
Lisfranc fracture/subluxation

Acute comminuted fracture of the medial cuneiform with mild widening of the Lisfranc interval, consistent with Lisfranc fracture/dislocation. Consider CT to assess for additional injuries across the Lisfranc joint.
