- Acute nondisplaced, vertically-oriented fracture of the distal tibial epiphysis with continuation through the physis with a mildly displaced oblique fracture of the distal tibial metaphysis

Triplane fracture

Acute triplane fracture (Salter IV) with a nondisplaced, vertically-oriented fracture of the distal tibial epiphysis which continues through the physis with a mildly displaced oblique fracture of the distal tibial metaphysis.
No joint malalignment or physeal widening.
