  • No radiopaque foreign body
  • Symmetric pulmonary expansion without evidence of focal air trapping
  • No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
  • Normal size and configuration of the cardiothymic silhouette

Diagnosis

Normal

Sample Report

No radiopaque foreign body. Symmetric pulmonary expansion without evidence of focal air trapping. If there is ongoing clinical concern for foreign body, consider lateral decubitus radiographs for further evaluation.

No pleural effusion or pneumothorax.

Normal size and configuration of the cardiothymic silhouette.
