- Right subclavian approach central venous catheter with tip overlying the right atrium
- Enteric tube with tip overlying the upper neck
- No focal airspace opacification, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax
- Normal size and configuration of the cardiopericardial silhouette
Diagnosis
Malpositioned enteric tube
