Transient tachypnea of the newborn (TTN)

Bilateral hazy perihilar opacities without large pleural effusion or evidence of pneumothorax. Findings are favored to relate to transient tachypnea of the newborn in this term infant, though pneumonia is difficult to exclude. Recommend attention on follow-up imaging.
Normal size and configuration of the cardiothymic silhouette.
