- Right lower extremity approach PICC with tip overlying the upper inferior vena cava
- Gastrostomy tube overlies the left upper quadrant
- Hyperexpanded lungs with coarse interstitial markings and architectural distortion
- Paucity of bowel gas in the abdomen
