  • No radiographic evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease
  • Enlargement of the right ventricle with boot-shaped configuration of the heart
  • Median sternotomy wires with a surgical clip overlying the superior mediastinum

Diagnosis

Tetralogy of Fallot
