Indication: Diarrhea, history of NEC with perforation

Findings

  • Nonobstructive bowel gas pattern
  • No evidence of free intraperitoneal air
  • No abnormal intraabdominal mass effect or calcification
  • Low lung volumes with streaky perihilar opacities and coarse interstitial markings. More confluent atelectasis in the left upper lung
