Indication:
Left eye pain and blurry vision
Findings
- Enlarged intraorbital left optic nerve with T2/FLAIR signal hyperintensity, restricted diffusion, and marked enhancement
- No evidence of acute intracranial infarct, hemorrhage, mass effect, or hydrocephalus
- No significant white matter disease
- Scattered mild polypoid mucosal thickening of the paranasal sinuses
Diagnosis
Optic neuritis
