- Decreased attenuation of the cerebrum with global mild loss of gray-white differentiation
- Mild diffuse cerebral sulcal effacement without herniation or hydrocephalus
- Fluid levels in the ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses, which likely relate to the patient's intubated status

Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

Diffuse cerebral edema and loss of gray-white differentiation concerning for hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. No evidence of herniation or hydrocephalus.
