- Acute comminuted mandible fracture-dislocation with a nondisplaced left parasymphyseal fracture extending through the alveolar ridge, comminuted fracture of the right mandibular condyle extending into the mandibular fossa with medial dislocation of the right mandibular condyle, comminuted fracture of the right coronoid process, and possible nondisplaced fracture of the left mandibular fossa
- Overlying soft tissue swelling and subcutaneous emphysema
- Patient is edentulous
