- Acute nondisplaced fracture through an anterior bridging syndesmophyte at T11-T12
- Bridging anterior syndesmophytes at the thoracolumbar junction. Multilevel osseous fusion of the posterior elements
- Ankylosis of the sacroiliac joints
- Multilevel mild degenerative disc disease

Acute nondisplaced fractures through the right L2 lamina and pars interarticularis and through an anterior bridging syndesmophyte at T11-T12 in this patient with multilevel spinal fusion related to ankylosing spondylitis.
No traumatic malalignment.
