- Advanced multilevel cervical spondylosis with disc space narrowing and endplate sclerosis/spurring most advanced from C4-C5 through C6-C7
- Bilateral carotid artery calcification
Diagnosis
Severe anterolisthesis at the cervicothoracic junction

Severe anterolisthesis at the cervicothoracic junction, best appreciated on the swimmer's view. Recommend urgent surgical consultation and C spine CT for further evaluation.
No evidence of acute displaced fracture, though evaluation of the lower cervical spine is limited by overlying soft tissues.
