Demographics: 64 years old, Male
Indication: Trauma

Findings

  • Severe anterolisthesis at the cervicothoracic junction, best appreciated on the swimmer's view
  • Advanced multilevel cervical spondylosis with disc space narrowing and endplate sclerosis/spurring most advanced from C4-C5 through C6-C7
  • Bilateral carotid artery calcification

Diagnosis

Severe anterolisthesis at the cervicothoracic junction

Sample Report

Severe anterolisthesis at the cervicothoracic junction, best appreciated on the swimmer's view. Recommend urgent surgical consultation and C spine CT for further evaluation.

No evidence of acute displaced fracture, though evaluation of the lower cervical spine is limited by overlying soft tissues.

Advanced multilevel cervical spondylosis with disc space narrowing and endplate sclerosis/spurring most advanced from C4-C5 through C6-C7.

Bilateral carotid artery calcification.
