- Age-indeterminate T12 compression fracture with 50% height loss and minimal bony retropulsion from the superior endplate
- Acute nondisplaced left L3 transverse process fracture
- No traumatic malalignment
- Multilevel advanced degenerative disc and facet disease
- Osteopenia
