Findings
- Acute type II odontoid fracture with distraction and posterior displacement
- Posterior subluxation of the lateral masses of C1 on C2 bilaterally
- Age-indeterminate T3 and T4 compression fractures without bony retropulsion
- Multilevel advanced spondylosis and degenerative facet disease with fusion of the disc space and posterior elements at C3-C4 and fusion of the left facet joint at C5-C6
- Osteopenia

Type II odontoid fracture Age-indeterminate T3 and T4 compression fractures
Sample Report
Acute type II odontoid fracture with distraction and posterior displacement. Associated posterior subluxation of the lateral masses of C1 on C2 bilaterally.
Age-indeterminate T3 and T4 compression fractures without bony retropulsion. MRI could further assess acuity if this will affect clinical management.
