  • No acute fracture or malalignment
  • Central disc herniation at L5-S1 effaces the ventral CSF and contacts both descending S1 nerve roots

Diagnosis

Traumatic disc herniation

Sample Report

No acute fracture or malalignment.

Age-indeterminate central disc herniation at L5-S1, which effaces the ventral CSF and contacts both descending S1 nerve roots. MRI could further assess if there is clinical concern for acute disc herniation.
