Findings
- Abnormal hyperattenuation in the internal cerebral veins, the vein of Galen, and likely in portions of the thalamostriate veins
- Adjacent acute hematoma in the third and lateral ventricles and at the right caudothalamic junction
- Bilateral cephalohematomas

Abnormal hyperattenuation in the internal cerebral veins, the vein of Galen, and likely in portions of the thalamostriate veins concerning for deep vein thrombosis. Resultant acute intraventricular hemorrhage in the third and lateral ventricles and intraparenchymal hemorrhage at the right caudothalamic junction.
No midline shift, herniation, or hydrocephalus.
Bilateral cephalohematomas.
