- Hyperattenuating appearance of the basilar artery
- Global cerebral volume loss with sequelae of chronic small vessel disease
- Calcified intracranial atherosclerosis
- Marked dilation of the frontal sinuses

Large area of hypoattenuation in the right hemipons extending superiorly into the ipsilateral cerebral peduncle concerning for acute/early subacute infarct. No evidence of substantial associated mass effect or hemorrhagic transformation.
Hyperattenuating appearance of the basilar artery, concerning for thrombosis. Recommend correlation with CTA.
