- Reactive left cervical lymphadenopathy
Diagnosis
Acute left parotiditis

Enlarged, hyperenhancing left parotid gland with mild adjacent fat stranding consistent with acute parotiditis. No radiopaque sialolith. No abscess or retropharyngeal edema.
Reactive left cervical lymphadenopathy.
