- Retropharyngeal edema without peripherally enhancing fluid collection
- Enlarged adenoids
- Multiple enlarged bilateral cervical lymph nodes without suppuration
Diagnosis
Cervical lymphadenitis
Retropharyngeal edema

Multiple enlarged bilateral cervical lymph nodes without suppurative changes. Associated retropharyngeal edema without discrete abscess.
Enlarged adenoid tonsillar tissue may indicate nasopharyngitis.
