- Mild degenerative changes of the first MCP and triscaphe joints

Acute mildly displaced ulnar styloid fracture.
Acquired ulnar positive variance.
Severe degenerative changes of the first CMC joint with mild radial subluxation, likely degenerative in etiology. Mild degenerative changes of the first MCP and triscaphe joints.
Osteopenia.
