- Acute oblique fracture involving the volar aspect of the distal radial metaphysis with 4 mm volar displacement and volar subluxation of the carpus with the displaced fracture fragment. Fracture involves both the distal radioulnar and radiocarpal joints
- Acute mildly displaced ulnar styloid fracture
- Surrounding soft tissue swelling
