- Acute mildly displaced and comminuted intraarticular fracture at the ulnar base of the first metacarpal
- Mild radial subluxation of the distal fracture fragment
- Possible dorsal subluxation of the ulna at the distal radioulnar joint
Diagnosis
Rolando fracture
Sample Report
Acute mildly displaced and comminuted intraarticular fracture at the ulnar base of the first metacarpal with mild radial subluxation of the distal fracture fragment.
Possible dorsal subluxation of the ulna at the distal radioulnar joint, which may be projectional. Dedicated wrist radiographs could provide further evaluation if there is clinical concern.
Joint spaces are maintained.
