  • Acute highly comminuted, valgus impacted surgical neck humeral fracture with 1.2 cm medial displacement and extension into the humeral head and greater and lesser tuberosities
  • Mild degenerative changes of the glenohumeral and acromioclavicular joints

Surgical neck humeral fracture
