Indication: Fall

Findings

  • Reverse right total shoulder arthroplasty without evidence of osteolysis
  • Heterotopic ossification superolateral and medially to the humeral head hardware component
  • No acute fracture
  • Moderate degenerative changes of the acromioclavicular joint

Diagnosis

Normal reverse total shoulder arthroplasty

Sample Report

Reverse right total shoulder arthroplasty without evidence of osteolysis. 

Heterotopic ossification superolateral and medially to the humeral head hardware component.

No acute fracture.

Moderate degenerative changes of the acromioclavicular joint.
