- Widening of the right acromioclavicular joint with slight superior offset of the distal clavicle
Diagnosis
Grade II acromioclavicular (AC) separation
Sample Report
Widening of the right acromioclavicular joint with slight superior offset of the distal clavicle consistent with grade II AC separation.
No acute fracture.
Normal coracoclavicular distance.
Glenohumeral joint alignment is maintained.
