- Acute mildly displaced fracture of the left superior pubic ramus and nondisplaced fracture of the left inferior pubic ramus
- Rightward displacement of the contrast-filled urinary bladder with loss of convexity of the left lateral wall
- Partially evaluated rod and screw fixation of the lower lumbar spine and sacrum
- Moderate degenerative changes of the hips, sacroiliac joints, and pubic symphysis
- Osteopenia
