Demographics: 90 years old, Female
Indication: Trauma

Findings

  • Acute mildly displaced fracture of the left superior pubic ramus and nondisplaced fracture of the left inferior pubic ramus
  • Rightward displacement of the contrast-filled urinary bladder with loss of convexity of the left lateral wall
  • Partially evaluated rod and screw fixation of the lower lumbar spine and sacrum
  • Moderate degenerative changes of the hips, sacroiliac joints, and pubic symphysis
  • Osteopenia

Diagnosis

Pelvic hematoma

Stable lateral compression pelvic fractures

Sample Report

Acute mildly displaced fracture of the left superior pubic ramus and nondisplaced fracture of the left inferior pubic ramus.

No diastasis of the pubic symphysis or sacroiliac joints.

Hips are located.

Mass effect on the left aspect of the urinary bladder concerning for left pelvic hematoma.

Partially evaluated rod and screw fixation of the lower lumbar spine and sacrum.

Moderate degenerative changes of the hips, sacroiliac joints, and pubic symphysis.

Osteopenia.
