Indication: Hip injury

Findings

  • Acute comminuted intertrochanteric left femoral fracture with varus angulation and foreshortening
  • Mild degenerative changes of the hips and sacroiliac joints
  • Partially imaged degenerative change of the lower lumbar spine
  • Calcified structures overlying the right ischium and left superior pubic ramus

Diagnosis

Intertrochanteric femoral fracture

Sample Report

Acute comminuted intertrochanteric left femoral fracture with varus angulation and foreshortening.

Left hip is located.

Mild degenerative changes of the hips and sacroiliac joints.

Partially imaged degenerative change of the lower lumbar spine.

Calcified structures overlying the right ischium and left superior pubic ramus, which may be associated with the bones or in the overlying soft tissues.
