Findings

  • No acute fracture or malalignment
  • Large soft tissue mass in the lateral thigh adjacent to the mid femoral diaphysis
  • Total knee arthroplasty without evidence of hardware complication
  • Severe right hip degenerative changes
  • Vascular calcifications

Diagnosis

Soft tissue hematoma

Sample Report

No acute fracture or malalignment.

Large soft tissue mass in the lateral thigh adjacent to the mid femoral diaphysis, which likely represents a hematoma in the setting of trauma.

Total knee arthroplasty without evidence of hardware complication.

Severe right hip degenerative changes.

Vascular calcifications.
