Diagnosis

Lateral femoral notch sign with ACL tear

Sample Report

Deep lateral femoral notch concerning for impaction fracture which can be associated with ACL tear. Consider MRI for further evaluation.

No joint malalignment.

Moderate joint effusion.

Joint spaces are maintained.
