Findings
- Acute open fracture of the proximal ulna including a transverse proximal diaphyseal fracture with slight apex volar angulation and a highly comminuted fracture of the olecranon
- Radial displacement of the dominant ulnar fracture fragment including the coronoid by 1 cm
- Anterior dislocation of the radial head
- Extensive surrounding soft tissue injury and gas
Diagnosis
