- Age-indeterminate 5 mm avulsion fracture from the proximal olecranon at the site of triceps attachment with 2 cm superior distraction and surrounding soft tissue swelling
- Additional smaller ossific fragments/heterotopic ossification between this fragment and the proximal olecranon
