- Acute comminuted distal fibular fracture with extension into the tibiofibular joint
- Disruption of the tibiotalar joint with 8 mm lateral subluxation
- Soft tissue swelling about the ankle

Acute comminuted distal fibular fracture with extension into the tibiofibular joint (Weber type B).
Disruption of the tibiotalar joint with 8 mm lateral subluxation. Soft tissue swelling about the ankle.
